i absolutely loved my stay at the jackson gore village. the kids’ adventure zone kept my son entertained, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. i’ve visited ludlow before, but this place exceeded all my expectations with its fun activities and welcoming vibe.

we had an amazing stay at jackson gore village on okemo mountain! the girl at the front desk was super helpful, upgrading our room and providing a parking garage pass. our quad room was spacious with a kitchen, fireplace, and a comfy queen bed. the breakfast was fantastic, and the lobby bar was a perfect hangout spot.

Of course, it wasn't all risottos and ravioli—the pool area needed a bit more TLC, and the noise from the hallways made it hard to catch some Z's. Still, the vibe was chill and the staff tried their best.

I had high hopes for Jackson Gore Village. The room felt outdated. I booked a "mountain view" but ended up on the non-slope side. The check-in process was frustrating. the staff didn't provide much guidance. I had to ask several times for directions, and the front desk acted dismissive. The outdoor hot tub needed cleaning, and the water level was too low, causing a mess. Dining options were limited and communication about restaurant hours was lacking. However, Jason, our waiter at breakfast, was fantastic. The ski concierge service was a nice touch, and the views from the property were beautiful.

The heated outdoor pool was a lifesaver after long ski days, and the condo was super spacious and cozy. Loved the hot tub too. perfect for relaxing!
